崗位職責：
1. 項目開發階段：
與項目開發團隊緊密合作，參與項目可行性研究，對電氣工程部分進行成本估算和預算編制。
根據項目需求，主導或協助審核光伏、風電、儲能等新能源電站的電氣系統方案，包括高低壓配電系統、輸變電線路、電站的電氣系統配置等設計及技術文件。
2. 項目實施階段管理：
編制詳細的電氣工程設計文檔，如設計圖紙、技術規范、設備清單及采購規格書等，確保設計方案符合國際標準和當地法規要求。
? 深入現場進行電氣相關的現場管理和技術指導工作。
? 監督電氣工程施工質量，確保施工符合設計要求和安全標準。
? 管理EPC承包商，監督其工作執行情況，協調解決施工中遇到的問題。
? 審核施工過程中的變更申請，評估其對項目進度和成本的影響，并提出合理建議。
3. 技術支持與協調：
與國際供應商、承包商及當地電力公司進行技術溝通，確保設計方案得到準確理解和實施。
協助解決設計、采購過程中的電氣專業的技術難題，提供技術支持和解決方案，并做好各專業之間的配合工作。
4. 風險管理：
識別項目電氣工程方面的潛在風險，制定并實施風險緩解措施。
跟蹤項目進展，及時調整電氣工程管理計劃以應對不可預見的變化。
任職要求：
1. 教育背景：電氣工程、自動化或相關專業本科及以上學歷。
2. 工作經驗：至少5年以上大型電力工程管理經驗。有成功的大型海外電力項目經驗者優先。
3. 專業技能：熟悉新能源電站電氣系統設計、施工流程，了解國際標準。持有相關職業資格證書（如電氣工程師執業資格）者優先。
4. 語言能力：具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，能夠與國際團隊有效溝通。
5. 綜合素質：具備較強的問題解決能力、溝通協調能力和團隊合作精神。能夠適應長期海外工作，具備良好的跨文化交流能力。
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Position Overview:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the project development team from the initial stages of electrical planning and design through to on-site execution. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration and successful completion of electrical components in our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Initiation & Design:
o Collaborate intimately with the project development squad, contributing to feasibility studies and crafting cost estimates and budgets tailored to electrical engineering needs.
o Lead or contribute to the design of PV power plant electrical systems, encompassing high/low voltage distribution, cable routing, inverter selection, monitoring systems, and more.
o Craft comprehensive design documentation—from blueprints to technical specifications, equipment lists, and procurement specifications—ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.
2. Technical Collaboration & Support:
o Liaise with international vendors, contractors, and utilities, facilitating clear understanding and implementation of electrical designs.
o Provide technical support and troubleshoot design and procurement challenges, offering creative solutions.
o Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (structural, civil, etc.) to ensure harmonious integration of electrical components.
3. On-Site Execution & Management:
o Take an active role at the project site, managing electrical operations and providing hands-on technical guidance.
o Ensure electrical construction adheres to design specifications and safety protocols, overseeing quality assurance.
o Supervise electrical contractors, track progress, and resolve issues that arise during construction.
o Evaluate change requests, assessing their impact on timelines and budgets, and advising on appropriate courses of action.
4. Risk Mitigation & Adaptation:
o Identify and address potential electrical risks, devising and implementing mitigation strategies.
o Remain agile, adjusting electrical management plans in response to unforeseen project developments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a closely related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering within the renewable energy sector, particularly in PV, with international project exposure preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of PV plant electrical system design, construction processes, international standards, and local regulatory requirements.
4. Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral, enabling seamless collaboration with global teams.
5. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong team player mentality.
6. Willingness and ability to work overseas for extended periods, coupled with strong cross-cultural competence.
7. Possession of relevant professional certifications, such as a Professional Electrical Engineer license, is highly regarded.
